    1. Visual Assets: Whether it’s a flyer for your upcoming event, a welcome packet for your latest program, a branded slide deck or beautiful newsletter template, we design artistic assets to express your brand and business visually.

    2. Branded Icons & Favicon: Creating unique symbols that encapsulate the soul of your brand, serving as memorable visual markers on your website and social media platforms.

  • For your online presence to pop, you’ll want professional photography. Combine that with the power of Soul Styling by Specialist, Lotus Wong, and your brand will truly shine.

    Together, we will unlock your inner archetypes, create a Pinterest mood board, and curate 5-8 signature looks.

    Step 1: EXPLORATION

    • We begin with a deep Soul Styling Questionnaire to learn more about your relationship with your style, your expression and your goals for our work together.

    • Next, we will dive into our Opening Soul Styling Session that includes unlocking your unique archetypes that express your multi-dimensionality (60 minute on Zoom).

    • From there, I will create a Custom Mood Board that reflects your aspirational style and your archetypes.

    Step 2: CURATION

    • Next is our Closet Audit which allows me to get know your style & preferences. Together we will refine and release what no longer reflects your style.

    • Then we will “Shop Your Closet” and explore your current wardrobe to create 4-6 new outfits that express your inner archetypes (2 hours in person).

    Step 3: MANIFESTATION

    • I will create a Curated Shopping List just for you

    • We will explore 3-6 local or online stores to manifest the key pieces for statement / signature ensembles (3 hours in person or virtual).

    PHASE V: SOUL STYLED PHOTOSHOOT

    • To bring your creative collateral to life we will do a Soul Styled photo shoot with 4-6 looks giving your inner archetypes space to play and for your range of offerings to be showcased fully.

    • We will work with an incredible local photographer to bring your brand and style visions to life.

Reclaim time and energy, by delegating admin, operations, research, bookkeeping, social media and marketing tasks to a skilled VA.

Guided by our Virtual Assistant Specialist, Sonya Mehta we will support you to Expand Your Capacity, Scale your impact and Increase your revenue & personal wellbeing.

  • After learning about your needs and the exact qualities you’re seeking, we’ll match you with one of our excellent, pre- vetted VA’s, with skills tailored to your needs, and who will work on your preferred time zone.

  • We know that to set up your partnership for success, your VA will need structured training and onboarding, and that you also may need support with effectively delegating, managing, and cultivating their leadership. We’ll create a supportive container for you both to thrive.

  • Some of our providers are in-house vendors, and some are partners who we collaborate and refer to, but all of them are woven into this community of practice, and we love to collaborate. HU will serve as the coordinator, so you can interact with just one person, who can support you to get all the support you need.

  • Each service has its own pricing. Some examples

    • Virtual assistants start at $20/hour

    • Branding and wev development services start at $1000

    • Media production ranges from $30-60 per hour

    • Coaching ranges from $150-450 per session, depending on the coach

What we discovered is that doing the amazing work they do requires a lot of different skills. Our modern culture expects us to do it all, unless we have millions to hire a whole company. And sometimes, the money isn't even the problem, its the trusted relationships and quality.
